Its capacity, of 25 gigawatts (GW), makes it the largest power-generation firm in Russia and its also one of the lowest cost firms in Russia. Its also planning on investing lots of money on new dams around Russia for more hydropower, but is this really what we want to see? Huge superpowers such as Russia (which is ironically rich in oil) turning towards the more "environmental friendly" ideas? Yes, this is the change we want to see.
